By accessing or placing an order on OpenPik's website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use this website or place an order.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, sizes, and product photos, but slight variations in color or finish may occur between the photo and the physical product due to screen display differences and the handmade nature of some items. Wholesale products (such as Metal/Tin Boxes and Custom Stickers) may carry a minimum order quantity, shown on the product page.
OpenPik currently accepts advance payment only, via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. After placing your order, you'll be asked to upload a screenshot of your payment for verification. Your order is confirmed and moves into production/dispatch only after this payment is verified by our team — placing an order does not guarantee stock or pricing until payment is confirmed.
Many OpenPik products — including custom printed invitation cards, custom stickers, name/photo printing, and logo/branding printing on tins — are made specifically for your order based on the text, images, or artwork you provide. Please double-check all spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order, as production begins based exactly on what you provide. If you've uploaded custom sticker artwork, we keep a copy for up to 30 days after your order to allow reprints if needed, after which it's automatically removed from our system.
Orders are shipped via TCS or Leopards courier when flat-packed, or via bus cargo (with pickup from your local cargo terminal) for larger, fully assembled items — the delivery method depends on the product's size, shown at checkout. Delivery charges are not included in the product price shown on the site; we confirm the exact delivery charge with you separately after your order is placed, based on your location and order size. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.
Discount coupons are subject to the terms shown at the time of use — including minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limits — and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn by OpenPik at any time without prior notice. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, one coupon may be used per order.
All content on this website — including product photography, text, logos, and design — is the property of OpenPik and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
OpenPik is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or events beyond our control. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or an order placed with OpenPik will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
