OpenPik does not accept card payments and does not store any card or banking credentials on this website. Orders are paid via advance bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, and you upload a screenshot of that transfer so we can verify it manually before dispatch. That screenshot is used only for payment verification and order records.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart, wishlist, and login session on your device — this is what allows you to close the site and come back without losing your cart. This data stays on your own device and browser; we don't use it for advertising or tracking across other websites.

6. Sharing Your Information

We never sell your information. We only share what's necessary to fulfil your order, specifically:

• Your name, phone number, and delivery address with our courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards, or bus cargo services) so your order can be delivered
• Information required to comply with the law, if legally requested by an authority

Your order and account data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database provider, with access restricted to authorized OpenPik staff only. While no system is 100% risk-free, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.

9. Children's Privacy

OpenPik's products are often bought as gifts for children, but our website and checkout are intended for use by adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
